Heart Healthy Core Training

An active daily life starts with a strong core. Ray Personal Trainers will teach various exercises that focus on creating a stable and powerful abdomen and lower back to support fitness, posture, and daily activities.
12:30 - 1 pm
Studio C, The Ray 2nd Floor
Tune out the noise and tune into your world. Rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul with this relaxing midweek break from the action. There are no expectations from you to do anything but be low-key and allow a facilitator from the Office of Religious Diversity to take you through a guided relaxation and meditation exercise.
