Kelly's passion for fitness stems from a variety of experiences during her athletic career. When she ran cross country, she helped her coach create conditioning workouts for her team, where she discovered a passion for weight training. She decided to become a NASM certified personal trainer to help people achieve their fitness goals.
During her free time, Kelly can be found running (obstacle courses or on the lakefront!) or weight lifting. She likes to try new things to switch out her workout, whether by boxing, Zumba or high-intensity interval training. When not in the gym, Kelly likes to volunteer in urban gardens and spend time outside.
Fitness is more than a number on the scale, it is a way of life. Sometimes you might not feel like you’re making progress, but it is a journey with ups and downs. Kelly's training philosophy involves making improvements in her clients overall health and celebrating small achievements as they happen.
