Experience:
Laura has always been a sports enthusiast. Personally, she's raced 5Ks, marathons, triathlons, and obstacle races. She also plays competitive team tennis. As a middle school teacher, she understands the importance of individualized attention.

Personal Interests:
Recently, Laura has become competitive in the obstacle course race world. She's enjoyed podium finishes and in 2015 she qualified for the Spartan World Championships. To stay active, she enjoys running in Lincoln Park, stand up paddle boarding in Montrose Harbor, hiking, and biking. Laura also loves to read, try new restaurants, and travel.

Training Philosophy:
Laura likes to have FUN while training. Fitness is a rewarding lifestyle, but it has to be fun to be a lifelong commitment. She wants clients to feel confident and empowered. Personalization and communication are key factors, so she spends time developing specific plans for each client.
