Barbara Smith-Weaver is the Associate Director for Compliance and Partnerships Management at the Steans Center overseeing compliance matters and partnerships management and evaluation. She works with community partners, students, faculty and staff to ensure compliance with partnership agreements, university policy and procedures, and mandated training requirements.
