Vincent has a passion for leadership and organizational development. He is currently the Coordinator of Leadership Programs at Central Michigan University where he designs and implements Leadership Programs and Trainings. In 2016, he was a Fellow with the Intercultural Communication Institute in Portland, OR. When he’s not on campus, he travels the country doing speaking engagements and training workshops. He holds a B.A.A. in Communication and a M.S. in Administration and Leadership, both from Central Michigan University. Outside of work he loves to cook, travel, and practice photography. He is committed to service, empowering others, and supporting the creation of positive change within communities around the globe.
