Dianne Williams is a community development consultant with expertise in organizational, leadership, and rural community development training and program design. She was an inaugural assistant professor at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, assisting in the curriculum development and instruction of “Leadership for Public Service.” From 1988 through 1998, Dianne worked at the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation as senior program and public policy officer. Prior to joining the Foundation staff, she was a communications consultant and partner in Carson & Williams Communications in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dianne served as a mission volunteer for the Presbyterian Church (USA) at Sheldon Jackson College in Sitka, Alaska in 1999, and has presented many workshops on communications, long-range planning, grant proposal writing, board roles and responsibilities, and people-centered community development. Dianne lives in Arkansas.
