Private Pilates is ideal for those looking for more one-on-one attention for their Pilates training, or even as an alternative to personal training. Instructors may utilize popular equipment such as Pilates reformers and Peak MVE chairs during sessions, which use pulleys and springs rather than body weight to create long, lean muscles.

Why Private Pilates

  • Create a lean, toned body
  • Increase strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Challenge deep abdominal muscles to support the core
  • Promote recovery from a strain or injury
  • Enhance mobility, agility, and stamina
  • Compliment sports training and develop functional fitness
