While Pilates classes are a great tool to keep every body type healthy and functional, Pilates classes can enhance athletic performance in all areas; from building strength, encouraging co-ordination; adding flexibility and balance. This class will focus on the basics, and will integrate aspects useful to an actively athletic life. Useful for runners, golfers, Racket sports, as well as for those who participate in team sports

All Levels reformer is appropriate for students who have an understanding of basic Pilates principles. The instructor will lead you through a series of different moves that will challenge your body and intensify your practice. The instructor will modify exercises for each participant.
