FREE yoga classes are offered at The Ray on the Group Fitness schedule. Yoga workshops and specialty classes that are offered at The Ray for more individualized instruction will be posted here soon. Fee-based yoga classes offered in the Loop Fitness Center are still paused due to the pandemic. We will post more information when we are able to resume.
Beginner Pilates Reformer classes are a great way to learn how to strengthen and tone. While Pilates classes are a great tool to keep every body type healthy and functional, they also can enhance performance in all areas; from building strength, encouraging co-ordination; adding flexibility and balance. This class will focus on the basics. Join us!
All Levels reformer is appropriate for students who have an understanding of basic Pilates principles. The instructor will lead you through a series of different moves that will challenge your body and intensify your practice. The instructor will modify exercises for each participant.
Private Pilates is ideal for those looking for more one-on-one attention for their Pilates training, or even as an alternative to personal training. Instructors may utilize popular equipment such as Pilates reformers and Peak MVE chairs during sessions, which use pulleys and springs rather than body weight to create long, lean muscles.
