This class will focus on Pilates essentials while appropriately progressing to variations to intensify and compliment your exercise regimen to increase your body's strength, flexibility, stamina and awareness of powerful postural muscular techniques with the Pilates Reformer, Mat and other equipment. It is recommended participants recently complete at least one quarter of Beginner Reformer and have extensive mat class experience before taking this course. Advanced classes allow participants to maximize their core strength and stability. You'll challenge yourself with advanced moves and develop a deeper understanding. Participants should have at least two quarter of Pilates equipment classes to register.
