Finding Your Balance

Many people think that "being well" means being physically fit and eating right. That's certainly part of it, but there's a lot more to wellness than that. Join us to find out just how much you know about wellness, explore all of its dimensions, and gain insights on how to achieve balance in your life so that you feel the best that you've ever felt! Also, you'll get a chance to win a Bean smoothie for some post-workshop re-fueling!

Midweek Meditation

Tune out the noise and tune into your world. Rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul with this relaxing midweek break from the action. A facilitator from the Office of Religious Diversity will lead you in a guided relaxation and meditation exercise. Join us! You'll be glad you did! This program is only held during the academic quarter while academic classes are in session. See the Group Fitness schedule for days and times.

Fitness on the Go!

Too busy to be fit? No time for the gym? That's okay - you can incorporate physical activity into your day and stimulate your brain at the same time! A certified personal trainer will help you explore physical activity and exercises that you can do between classes, at your desk, or in your room. Wear comfortable clothing to this workshop so you can try out some of her ideas right away!
