Experience/Background: As a trained Master's level Counselor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Ashantis focused her work on the mind and body - both of which are equally important to one's health. Ashantis has taught group fitness since 2012 and has been a Personal Trainer since 2021. She is passionate about helping people reach their life purpose because everyone deserves to fully enjoy their life! Ashantis has previously worked for [solidcore] and Barry's and was recently nominated for Best Personal Trainer on Chicago Reader's Best of Chicago 2023 list. 

Training/Fitness Philosophy: Ashantis utilizes a weight-inclusive approach when it comes to exercising and training. This means that they will not use your weight as a measurement of progress. Instead, together you will find other goals and ways to measure your progress while maintaining weight and body neutrality.
