Experience:
Taylor has worked in the fitness industry since 2016, working as a cycling instructor, group fitness coach, and a personal trainer. After falling in love with strength training, Taylor honed her experience on helping women become confident in the weight room and with a barbell in hand. 

Training Philosophy:
Taylor believes that every BODY is an athlete, no matter their age, size, experience, or belief. She prioritizes a safe, inclusive space for athletes to challenge themselves and take care of their bodies, minds, and individualized goals. Together, you both will work on feeling stronger and more confident in and out of the gym, and find absolute joy in the movement our bodies can do.
