Peter is an experienced coach, educator, workshop facilitator, and plant-based chef. He is passionate about empowering clients with nutrition principles, cooking skills, recipes, and plant-based lifestyle fundamentals to help them build a solid foundation in good health.
After adopting a WFPB diet, he lost over 40 pounds, lowered his high blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels naturally. His energy levels increased, and athletic performance, sleep quality, and digestion all improved.
He spent the past nine years learning about all things plant-based & is now excited to share his insights & experience with you.
