Training Packages

Initial Assessment Package with Nutrition (3 sessions) NEW!
Meet with a Registered Dietician to discuss your nutrition regimen, a Personal Trainer to assess your fitness level and receive one, one-on-one training session.
Members $125; non-member $225. Available for limited time only.

Initial Assessment Package (2 sessions) New!
Your first step towards pursuing Personal Training services. Meet with a Personal Trainer to assess your fitness level and receive one, one-on-one training session.
Members $85; non-member $135. Available for limited time only.

Individual Training (30 or 60 minutes at The Ray)

Trainers can help you with weight management, increasing overall functionality, improving core strength and stability, and sports performance.

Partner Training (2-3 people) (60 minutes)
Partner training not only allows you to save money, but you'll have a blast in the process! We recommend all participants have similar fitness goals, but it is not essential.

Body Composition Assessment (30 minutes)
Are you looking for a quick and precise measurement of your body composition? Campus Rec uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) for quick and non-invasive measurements.

Fitness Assessment (60 minutes)
Fitness assessments include an evaluation of the major fitness components: posture, balance, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. This information can help you or your personal trainer develop an exercise program that is perfect for you. 

Individual Boxing Lessons (60 minutes)
Boxing is a great total body workout combining strength and conditioning. Learn proper boxing stance, footwork and individual /combination punching; develop defensive skills; learn blocks and slips; workout using the heavy bag and target mitt plus situation sparring. All skill levels welcome.
