Four-week training program will be provided to the client. Clients will receive a consultation, a 4-week training program, and an optional check-in sessions with a Personal Trainer.

Students: $100
Members: $150
Non-members: $200

Receive one session with a Nutrition Specialist to discuss your diet, one session with a Personal Trainer to assess your fitness level, and then one session to use as you wish for either Nutrition or Personal Training.

Students: $100

Trainers can help you with weight management, functional fitness, strength-training, flexibility, and sports-specific performance.

One Session

45 minutes: $35 for students; $40 members; $60 for non-members

60 minutes: $45 for students; $50 members; $80 for non-members

5 Sessions

45 minutes: $160 for students; $175 members; $285 for non-members

60 minutes: $200 for students; $225 members; $375 for non-members

10 Sessions

45 minutes: $300 for students; $330 members; $550 for non-members

60 minutes: $400 for students; $440 members; $740 for non-members

Group training not only allows you to save money, but you'll have a blast in the process! We recommend all participants have similar fitness goals, but it is not essential.

Partner Sessions (prices per person)

5 sessions: $135 for students; $150 members; $250 for non-members

10 sessions: $260 for students; $290 members; $490 for non-members

Trio Sessions (prices per person)

5 sessions: $110 for students; $120 members; $190 for non-members

10 sessions: $205 for students; $230 members; $370 for non-members

Prices are per person. 

Are you looking for a quick and precise measurement of your body composition? Campus Rec uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) for quick and non-invasive measurements.

$10 for students/members; $15 for non-members

Fitness assessments include an evaluation of the major fitness components: posture, balance, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. This information can help you or your personal trainer develop an exercise program that is perfect for you.

$30 for students; $45 for members; $75 for non-members

Training is available for DePaul students, faculty, and staff at the Loop Fitness Center located in The Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media. 

Individual Sessions

5 sessions: $250 for students, faculty, and staff

10 sessions: $490 for students, faculty, and staff

2 People Sessions

5 sessions: $210 for students, faculty, and staff

10 sessions: $410 for students, faculty, and staff

3 People Sessions

5 sessions: $210 for students, faculty, and staff

10 sessions: $410 for students, faculty, and staff
