Four-week training program all completed via video. Clients will receive a consultation, a 4-week training program, and check-in sessions with a Personal Trainer.
Cost - $200 ($175 if purchased during the month of January)

Once purchased, fill out the online client questionnaire.
$175 for the month of January; $200 after January
Meet with a Registered Dietician to discuss your nutrition regimen, a Personal Trainer to assess your fitness level, and receive one, one-on-one training session.
$125 for students/members; $225 for non-members
Your first step towards pursuing Personal Training services. Meet with a Personal Trainer to assess your fitness level and receive one, one-on-one training session.
$85 for students/members; $135 for non-members
Trainers can help you with weight management, increasing overall functionality, improving core strength and stability, and sports performance.
45 minutes: $40 for students/members; $60 for non-members
60 minutes: $50 for students/members; $80 for non-members
45 minutes: $175 for students/members; $285 for non-members
60 minutes: $225 for students/members; $375 for non-members
45 minutes: $330 for students/members; $550 for non-members
60 minutes: $440 for students/members; $740 for non-members
Partner training not only allows you to save money, but you'll have a blast in the process! We recommend all participants have similar fitness goals, but it is not essential.
2 People Sessions
5 sessions: $150 for students/members; $250 for non-members
10 sessions: $290 for students/members; $490 for non-members
3 People Sessions
5 sessions: $120 for students/members; $190 for non-members
10 sessions: $230 for students/members; $370 for non-members

Are you looking for a quick and precise measurement of your body composition? Campus Rec uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) for quick and non-invasive measurements.
$10 for students/members; $15 for non-memebers
A more comprehensive assessment; this service entails skinfold caliper measurements, Bioelectrical Impendence Analysis and circumference measurements.
$25 for students/members; $40 for non-members
Fitness assessments include an evaluation of the major fitness components: posture, balance, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. This information can help you or your personal trainer develop an exercise program that is perfect for you.
$45 for students/members; $75 for non-members
Training is available for DePaul students, faculty, and staff at the Loop Fitness Center located in The Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media.
5 sessions: $250 for students, faculty, and staff
10 sessions: $490 for students, faculty, and staff
5 sessions: $210 for students, faculty, and staff
10 sessions: $410 for students, faculty, and staff
