Experience:
Aga has been practicing gymnastics since her childhood days growing up in Poland. When she permanently settled in the US, she got into practicing Yoga and immediately fell in love with a practice that connects mind, body, and breath. After that she got into bodybuilding and today, she coaches as a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. With 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and in yoga spirituality her motto is to empower people inside and outside of the gym to adopt a healthy mind and body.

Personal Interests:
Fashion industry including fashion art, photography, and media. In her free time, she attends dancing classes. 

Training Philosophy:
Aga keeps her perspectives open and believes in a strong healthy body without losing flexibility, which is great injury protection. One of her main inspirations is Bruce Lee who said “Training for strength and flexibility is a must. You must use it to support your techniques.” ​
