Experience/Background: I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in January 2021, but have been teaching group fitness since 2012. I love to meet and work with people that are aiming to reach their purpose in life. Wellness sits at the center of my work because I believe everyone deserves to fully enjoy their life. 

Training/Fitness Philosophy: I utilize a weight-inclusive approach when it comes to exercising and training. This means that we will not use your weight as a measurement of progress. Instead, we will find other goals and ways to measure your progress while maintaining weight and body neutrality. ​
