Personal Interests: I love art in all forms, but I am most interested in music as I am myself a percussionist. I love the outdoors and take my personal workouts outside as much as I can. A huge summer favorite is a long bike ride along the lake front. I also enjoy incorporating meditation and bioenergetics into my daily schedule.
Training Philosophy: Physical fitness is one of the key components to a high quality of life, not only physically, but psychologically as well. SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, timely) goals are the key to success both in and out of the gym. I never ask my clients to perform any exercise, stretch, or other modality that I have not personally performed myself because having relatable exercise experience is important to good trainer-client cuing as well as keeping the client safe. No matter how specific your goals are, I will find a way to help you attain them. Whether it's aesthetic, strength/power, conditioning-based, or all of the above, we'll get there together.
