From playing varsity softball in high school to racing triathlons as a collegiate athlete to lifting weights- Hannah has developed an extensive and varied background in sports and fitness. She became certified as a personal trainer to increase her knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition and is excited to train and work with clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Personal Interests:
When Hannah isn’t hitting the gym, or going on a run by the lakefront, you can find her in the kitchen cooking up a new recipe or on a plane, traveling to another country. Hannah also enjoys a variety of artistic hobbies that include sketching and photography.

When it comes to fitness, Hannah is all about making it a part of your lifestyle. The benefits of fitness can come only from a lifelong commitment to change and progress. As a personal trainer, Hannah works with clients in identifying barriers and obstacles to their fitness and partner with them to create training and health habits that are sustainable and promote an active lifestyle and balanced well-being.
