I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since June 2016. I have an athletic background and  specialized in soccer during high school, but I love all sports and have played them all my life.

Personal Interests:
I have a deep passion for both playing and watching sports. In my spare time, I am into exercise as well as listening to music and all types of travel. 

Training Philosophy:
I am a firm believer that exercise should be enjoyable as well as rewarding. I think that a strong exercise regimen can help enhance your self-confidence as well as better improve multiple aspects of your life.
