Background: Since he was six years old, Mikel has studied various martial arts and continues to do so. In high school he ran track all four years and has carried that passion for running into training for triathlons.

Training Philosophy: Mikel firmly believes that in fitness, you get out what you put in. And if you want to see results, then you need to build a smart plan and give the effort necessary to complete that plan. But both can be tough to do alone, so Mikel is determined to help motivate his clients and be a resource for them on their way to their goals
