As a college football player, I achieved numerous personal and team-oriented goals culminating with my dream of playing professional football. However, after a shoulder injury ended my career, I faced the biggest adversary of both my personal and professional career: self-doubt. At this low point, I realized that in order for me to life a full and eventful life, I needed to educate myself in areas such as fitness, nutrition, and supplementation. I found that while helping myself, I was also able to help others on the same path of wellness. 

Training Philosophy: 
In helping others, I realized that my passion was not simply exercise, but guiding individuals from all walks of life on their journey to reaching their personal fitness goals. I am extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about bringing a positive mental and physical change to your life.
