Experience/Background:
Xavier's spent most of his life in the fitness world. He's been training ever since eighth grade and played four sports. He's been training friends and family ever since his freshman year of Undergrad. He's trained from all different demographics. He's also a coach at Francis W. Parker School.
Personal Interests:
Xavier’s an avid Formula One, San Francisco 49ers, and Notre Dame fan. You can catch him frequently in the gym. He’s currently on track to read four books a month and listens to jazz every night. He prides himself on having multitudes of interests, specialties, and hobbies. Got a question about anything? He’d love to help out and is hopeful you can teach him a thing or two as well!
Training Philosophy:
Xavier believes the gym is a place to boost your mental health and happiness, that’s why he likes to make training as fun and exciting as possible. He knows that for some people, getting into the gym can be intimidating and he’ll be there to help you each step of the way. You can always reach out and ask questions. Whatever your fitness goals are: whether it be to add mass, lose weight, get toned, add strength, etc. He’s here to find the right plan to help you achieve that goal.
