Cristina has been a personal trainer since 2005 and has worked with a wide variety of clientele. She is also an elite athlete and considers it a luxury that she's been able to work with amazing trainers.
Cristina is a huge music fan and loves being outdoors, especially on the lakefront. She is currently obsessed with rugby, but tends to like all sports!
Regular exercise is a key component of a healthy lifestyle. Cristina uses SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) goal setting with her clients, then provides the tools to accomplish them. She believes that if people focus on how exercising makes them feel rather than its calorie-burning effect, they're more likely to enjoy it!
