She is a TRX Suspension Trainer and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Training Philosophy:
Jessica’s training philosophy is that success is determined by internal drive and the willingness to turn resolutions into reality. She emphasizes finishing stronger than you started; whether physically, mentally, or emotionally, with the help of exercise. Her passion is to educate her clients to the best of her ability to reach their goals and beyond.

Personal Interests:
When not training, Jessica enjoys working out on her own, finding new recipes to try, and playing with her dog. She loves spending time with family, friends, and the teens she volunteers with. She is also a current DePaul graduate student!
