Kim has been in the fitness industry for almost 30 years. She has a degree in Voice Performance and studied ballet  tap and jazz so that she could fulfill various musical theatre roles. To support her musical career, she became a health club manager and found that her dance training made her a natural fitness instructor. 

Kim was has taught fitness classes at The Ray since 2011. She initially lead small group trainings until she transitioned to teaching group fitness classes and personal training at The Ray. 

Her career highlights include being a Lululemon Ambassador and later an Athleta Ambassador alongside of some of Chicago's top instructors, studio owners and trainers. 

My personal and other professional interests include singing, playing the guitar and piano, performing and song writing. I love to travel and I dream of one day teaching and training on a beautiful beach in front of the ocean.

Training Philosophy:

I design every training program so that my clients can continue to maintain it on their own and incorporate it into their lifestyle. We work beyond just  the equipment to find fun ways to workout that will help them reach their fitness goals based on their individuals needs.
