Experience/ Background:  

Natalia has been a dedicated athlete from New Orleans for most of her life. From Cross Country to pre-season boot camps, she gained fundamental weightlifting, endurance, and mobility training skills. Natalia unlocked her passion for fitness coaching when she found CrossFit. “It wasn't until I found CrossFit that I realized how pivotal fitness coaches are in others' self-discovery."

I understand how intimidating the gym can be, and I'm here to help boost your confidence. With hands-on and easy-to-understand instruction, I want the gym to be a place where you can feel your strongest and grow your mental fortitude!
