Paul grew up playing every sport imaginable! After suffering a torn meniscus and ACL his senior year, he relied on a brace to play sports, including pick-up basketball and Chicago Social flag football and volleyball. After having his knee reconstructed at 29, Paul became fascinated with the process and science of rehabilitation. To heal his body, he turned to weight training and running, progressing from 5ks to full marathons.  

In his mid 30s, after realizing he was spending 10-20 hours a week training and helping friends and family with their training, Paul followed his passion and got certified as a personal trainer. He helps clients with overall fitness, weight loss, building lean body mass, core strength, and sport-specific training.

Personal Interests:
Paul's interests, in addition to health and wellness, include rock music, playing guitar, finance, national politics, Chicago and Indiana University sports, and making people laugh.

Training Philosophy:
Paul's philosophy entails establishing goals and reaching them. He brings energy, dedication, and knowledge to the training process to help clients achieve their goals.
