Training Philosophy:
I believe you must work hard in the gym in order to achieve your goals. The harder you work, the more opportunities you open for yourself. I like my clients to work hard in a session, but I also believe that the training experience can be fun. By working with me, I will be able to show you a variety of exercises, different types of equipment and help you set goals for yourself that are attainable. I believe that it is important for my clients to learn how to navigate around the gym. The more comfortable you feel navigating around the gym, the more confident you'll feel about going to the gym. Feeling confident around fitness allows exercising to be less of a chore and more of an entertaining experience.
