Taylor has been a group fitness instructor since 2016, working with cycling classes, running, and weight lifting. After falling in love with strength training, she decided to get her personal trainer certification to help clients one on one fall in love with fitness as well!

Personal Interests:
Outside of the gym, Taylor adores reading in cozy coffee shops, going to see live theatre, volunteering for the Down Syndrome community here in Chicago, studying for Grad school, and UT Longhorns.

Training Philosophy:
Everybody is capable of doing some pretty incredible things- I’m just here to help you remember just how incredible you are! Fitness should never be something you do as a punishment. Instead, I believe in making clients feel welcomed at all stages, ensure they are enjoying the process, celebrating their abilities, and motivating people to train harder, faster, and heavier than they once believed they could. I promise to tailor every workout to your goals, needs, and life, and to help you discover your capabilities.
