Intended Audience:
- Experienced mid-managers (at least 7 years of professional experience, preferably with full-time staff supervision experience)
- New directors (0-2 years of experience)
- Directors of small departments (0-3 direct reports)

Optional:On-campus housing $195 (total charge for Weds 6/18 and Thurs 6/19)
- Suite-style single rooms (two rooms share a bathroom) are available for your stay. Provided: linens (sheets, blanket, towels, pillow), soap/shampoo and parking. The total charge is the same for a one-night or two-night stay. Accommodations are within three blocks of the conference site.
NOTE: hotel suggestions will be shared with registrants upon request. A local one-night hotel price will likely range from $190-$240 per night after taxes (not including parking).
