While there is no perfect body type, living a healthy lifestyle is a key part to overall wellness. The nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle challenges of this 52-day Best Body Countdown are strategically designed to help you reach Your Best Body, regardless of your starting point. RD Sohailla Digsby, makes it simple and easy to create lifelong healthy eating habits, and Fitness Directors Danielle Arens and Stephanie Punda will provide educational and motivating virtual workouts for all fitness levels.
 
The best part about this program is that it is a day-by-day outlook on attentive eating, proper planning and helping you understand what food your body needs to help diminish cravings. The interactive Success Journal will guide you step-by-step to Your Best Body over 52 days, providing you with daily strategies, resources, and accountability, so that you can feel and see results along the way. 

This 52 day program runs Tuesday, January 19 – March 11. Program registration is open Tuesday, December 16 through Tuesday, January 5. Join now so you are ready to go in January!
