End 2020 on a positive note with a Well Fit You.

Join Campus Recreation's FREE 6-week program that features nutrition and fitness coaching to help educate and motivate you to create the healthiest version of yourself. You will receive weekly workouts, helpful nutrition tips and resources that help you track and better manage your short term and long term goals. 

The program starts Monday, October 12th. But you can register any time - no matter when you start, you can set and reach goals for better healthy behaviors.

  • You'll receive a weekly Monday newsletter that will help guide you through each week for 6 weeks (October 12th - November 16th).
