We are pleased to provide massage therapy services, courtesy of Body Peace Chicago. Body Peace focuses on clinical bodywork in addition to relaxation massage. While relaxation massage deals with general stress relief, clinical bodywork is for anyone suffering from constant pain. All of our massages are performed on a comfortable table, while the client is draped for privacy.

Relaxation / Swedish Massage
This type of massage not only feels great but also has plenty of health benefits. It increases blood circulation throughout the body and enhances range of motion in your muscles. It relieves unwanted tightness and releases knots that result from stress. It calms the mind and body, and frees the immune system to focus on illness and injury prevention. A relaxation massage will help you release your worries.
Clinical bodywork is a no-frills approach to massage therapy that addresses chronic pain and sports injuries. Though not as comfortable as relaxation massage, this type of bodywork uses a variety of techniques including thermal/ cryotherapy, myofascial work, body mobilization, trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, stretching, and Thai massage concepts to get you back to optimal performance. Regular sessions will help prevent pain from returning and keep you on track to reach your goals.
Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative therapy in which a therapist put special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system. Cupping is used to relieve, among other things, back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, and migraines.
Also known as “Thai yoga massage” this ancient healing system combines a flowing blend of passive stretching, mindful compression, and assisted yoga movements which help align the various energies of the body. Thai massage is performed on the floor, on a comfortable mat, with the client fully clothed. Oils and lotions are rarely used. The therapist maintains focused contact and compresses, pulls and stretches the client to help clear energy blockages and relieve tension.
