The DePaul Career Center offers 2-credit courses that help you develop a career action plan. You will:

  • Assess your skills and interests
  • Explore possible career fields
  • Create a plan to cultivate experiences (internships, learning abroad, research)
  • Brand yourself for the opportunities you desire
  • Design a plan to develop the skills, experiences, and core competencies that employers expect you to have - and leverage your DePaul degree for the career you desire

UIP 240: “Career Pathways: Explore Career Options”: Analyze values, skills and personality preferences and connect them to career possibilities

UIP 241: “Uncover Your Skills”: Understand how your academic studies, work, and campus activities transfer to the work place and learn how to articulate your skills in a way that will impress potential employers.
