College Access Services

A group of College Connect students after 2016 graduation
College Access staff offer specialized services that address unique needs of first-generation college, low income and minority students.

Campus Visits

College Access staff work alongside DePaul Undergraduate Admissions to host special group visits on the Lincoln Park campus. The department works with elementary school counselors, middle and high school college coaches, and nonprofit organizations to widen college access for traditionally underrepresented groups.

To request a campus visit, please complete the Visit Request Form and a College Access representative will contact you shortly to finalize logistics. If you have any questions, please contact Kate Agarwal at (773) 325-8375 or kagarwa1@depaul.edu

Essay Editing

College Access Peer Guides are proficient at writing and editing  and assist high school seniors with their personal statements for college applications and scholarship essays. Interested students can download the essay editing services flyer with detailed guidelines for essay submission. The peer guides are ready and eager to help.
