Partnership Benefits

Two adult students
"Sharing courses with the same people for 18 months allows you to connect outside of the classroom and develop a better respect for the various skill sets each individual has to offer. It is a diverse group of students with backgrounds across all areas of the real estate industry. Building these strong relationships will benefit each of us moving forward, both personally and professionally."

A cohort is currently underway for Chicago-based members of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) to earn a Master of Science in Real Estate from DePaul University. Benefits of this unique program, available only to ULI Chicago members, include:

  • Lower Out-of-Pocket Degree Cost. A 25% tuition discount from DePaul University makes an advanced degree more financially feasible for ULI Chicago members.
  • No GMAT required.
  • Build a Professional Network. ULI Chicago members completing this degree program develop strong relationships with classmates from real estate companies across the region.
  • Eliminate Scheduling Time and Hassle. ULI Chicago Cohort students won't have to worry about registering for courses each quarter. Instead, the business school handles course registration for this one-and-a-half year program. All classes meet in the evening to accommodate working professionals.
