Megan Thall

Hi Folks! My name is Megan Thall and I’m a senior studying Secondary Education with a concentration in Social Sciences. I’m originally from St. Charles, Illinois, a suburb about an hour west of Chicago. Since coming to DePaul I have fallen in love with the city and our ‘Urban, Vincentian, Catholic’ mission.

My freshman year at DePaul I lived in Clifton-Fullerton Hall where I was elected as a Residence Hall Council (RHC) Senator. Since then student leadership has become one of the most important things in my life! Outside of RHC I have also served as an Orientation Leader, Orientation Coordinator, Chicago Quarter Mentor, and Office Assistant for the Dean of Students Office. Currently I work for DePaul's Office of New Student & Family Engagement and off campus at a Family Entertainment Center.

Outside of work and class I’m a do-it-yourselfer, food lover, and Netflix watcher. This year you’ll follow me through my second term as RHC President, Student Teaching, and probably a few Pinterest fails. I’ll also be spending a lot of time reflecting on my own DePaul experiences as I apply to graduate schools.

If there is anything you would like to see me write about or have questions about anything DePaul, Chicago, or life related don’t hesitate to leave a comment!
