Enter the Quasquicentennial Celebration logo design challenge

​​​Quasquicentennial? Pronounced kwahskwee-centennial, it means 125th anniversary, and it's a word the DePaul community will get to know well as we gear up for our own Quasquicentennial Celebration in 2023. But first, we need a logo.

All students are invited to enter DePaul's 125th anniversary logo design challenge for an opportunity to win a $3,000 scholarship. The winning design will be used on DePaul's materials associated with the Quasquicentennial Celebration. These materials may include campus signage, merchandise and apparel, athletic uniforms, vehicles, stationery, email signatures, advertisements, brochures, news releases, magazines, newspapers, newsletters, videos, social media and websites.

Interested in participating? Students should complete this form by Nov. 25 to indicate their intent to enter this challenge. Students will received additional submission information and guidelines after completing the form.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be currently enrolled DePaul students for the 2020-21 academic year. 
  • Students may work independently or in teams; all team members must be current students. If submissions are by team, the scholarship will be divided equally among team members.
  • Students may solicit advice from faculty and staff, but the design entries must be student originals.
  • Students who are not design majors or who do not have access to design software, may submit sketches and work with DePaul's Creative Services to realize a final logo design in the required format.
