Due to extreme temperatures, the university will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024. Many families are also impacted by Chicago-area school closures, and we want to keep our DePaul community safe.

In-person classes will be cancelled, and faculty should switch to remote instruction where possible. Students should check with their instructors for additional details on remote instruction and assignments.

Staff should plan to work remotely. All on-campus events are cancelled.

Inter-campus and Vinnie Van shuttles will be cancelled. Residence halls will remain open. The Lincoln Park Student Center, dining services and the Ray will remain open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The university plans to resume regular hours on Jan. 17. Take Care, DePaul!
