DePaul has entered into a contract with
Supplier Gateway which is a platform that streamlines and simplifies the process of engaging with suppliers for a wide range of business activities.
We encourage businesses that are at least 51% owned and operated by women, racial or ethnic minorities, persons with a disability, or veterans to register with Supplier Gateway. It can connect a diverse business to future sourcing opportunities.
Specifically, the tool will assist Procurement in:
- Identification and outreach to national and local diverse suppliers to invite for bids and requests for proposals
- Capture Tier 1 (direct diverse supplier spend) and Tier 2 (indirect diverse supplier spend) in real time
- Validate vendor Minority, Woman, Veteran, Service-Disabled Veteran, LGBTQ+, and Small Business certification and continuous monitoring
- Provide economic impact analysis of DePaul's spend in the community
- Host bids (Sealed Bid/Quote & Reverse Auction) with suppliers
