Sign Language Interpretation
Sign language interpretation (ASL) will be available during all commencement ceremonies.
Wheelchair Seating Areas
Wheelchair seating areas are available on each floor, with one companion seat. Wheelchair seating areas are reached via the elevator originating from the first floor/lobby. All doors are ADA accessible. Please be respectful of those who need wheelchair seating. Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
Limited Mobility
Guests with limited mobility are encouraged to bring their own devices (wheelchair, walker, cane, etc.). The Wintrust Arena does not rent out wheelchairs for any event. Guests should expect to walk distances and stand in lines.
Parking
There are three parking lots at McCormick Place, Lot A, B and C. Parking Lot A is the closest to the Wintrust Area and has access to the pedestrian bridges to the Wintrust Arena, Marriott Marque Chicago and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. Please be aware that Parking Lot A is expected to reach capacity quickly. It is encouraged that any guests with disabilities or limited mobility be dropped off close to the Wintrust Arena to avoid having to travel between the parking lots and the venue.
