April 24, 2020

Nearly all DePaul employees should plan to work from home through at least Friday, June 12. Read the full announcement.

Undergraduate students will be allowed the option to adopt a Pass/D/Fail (P/D/F) grading basis in Spring and Summer 2020 courses. Graduate and Corporate Employer Outreach (CEO) programs will each determine whether they will adopt this option. The College of Law has passed a separate policy. Learn more in the FAQs.

DePaul will continue to pay employees whose work cannot be completed remotely. The university will pay the difference between hours worked and employees’ regularly scheduled hours beyond the original May 1 deadline. Read the full announcement.

DePaul’s Summer I and Summer II courses, along with Summer courses in the College of Law, will be taught predominantly remotely, just as they are for Spring. Read Interim Provost Salma Ghanem’s messages to faculty and students.
