If you have questions or concerns, or if you learn of a confirmed case of COVID-19 at DePaul University, email hpw@depaul.edu. The Chicago Department of Public Health has advised that travelers returning from any country with a travel alert Level 3 (China, Iran, Italy and South Korea) should stay home and monitor their health for up to 14 days. If you are traveling or returned from any travel alert Level 3 country on or after Feb. 28, please contact the Office of Health Promotion and Wellness at hpw@depaul.edu or 773-325-7129 as soon as possible.

If you begin to experience symptoms including fever, cough and difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider. It also may be helpful to reference the Chicago Department of Public Health's Testing for COVID-19 flowchart for guidance on whether you should seek testing, consult with a doctor or self-quarantine.

Students may call DePaul’s Health Services (AMITA Sage Medical Group at 773-549-7757) for medical advice. Questions also may be directed to hpw@depaul.edu
