“The value of my DePaul degree was significantly increased by the extracurricular activities and benefits I obtained in student organizations such as the MBA Association (MBAA). Events focused on networking, professional development and community involvement.”

Webinar: 'Make Your Ideas Stick'

You want your peers and bosses to immediately understand your ideas and, ideally, to agree to them. Yet communication often goes wrong when arguments are ineffective and/or delivered in the wrong way. Learn how to avoid these pitfalls and how to improve your communications so they are memorable and more likely to persuade others to agree with you.

Dr. Grace Lemmon is a research expert on topics related to stress management, including burnout, engagement, work detachment and work recovery.   She is particularly interested in how people develop more fulfilling relationships with work through value alignment. She has published her work in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, and Organizational Dynamics. She provides corporate training on topics related to stress, mindfulness, and barriers to leadership, such as perfectionism, procrastination and imposter syndrome.

Before the seminar, DePaul University will provide an overview of its current program offerings.
