This online seminar will discuss how to harness your stress for productivity. Simply put, in the right conditions, with the right boundaries, feeling stress can create a sense of energy, focus, and drive. Professor Grace Lemmon will present insights on how to manage stress through a neutralization process, which draws from recent research on mindfulness and introspection.


Grace Lemmon, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Her research areas include the intersection between work-life balance and employee engagement.Her awards and grants include the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for best work-family research and the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation Dissertation Grant.​​
