This exciting seminar will review the constructs and best practices in mitigating bias in the workplace. You will receive tips and best practices in building stronger teams and discover how to create a diverse workplace mirroring the world we live in today.

Veronica S. Appleton, PhD (candidate), is an award-winning scholar-practitioner with a passion for creativity and innovation. Appleton is a faculty member in the College of Communication with a focus on organizational and intercultural communications. Her research intersects understanding human behavior and culture building, with special interests in women of color in leadership and storytelling as an intentional tool for employee engagement. 

Before the event, there will be a brief information session about the DePaul MBA cohort for CIBC forming for September 2021.

DePaul University is pleased to continue our partnership with CIBC and offer the DePaul MBA cohort program delivered by the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.​ Classes for the program are set to begin in September 2021.
