Appleton, PhD (candidate), is an award-winning scholar-practitioner with a passion for creativity and innovation. Her research intersects understanding human behavior and culture building, with special interests in women of color in leadership and storytelling as an intentional tool for employee engagement.

In this engaging workshop, you will walk away not only with a high-level plan for the rest of 2021 but also some practical tools on how to set goals that actually get realized. In this seminar, you will be exposed to a model of behavior change that is easy to understand and simple to implement. William "Marty" Martin is a professor of management with DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He teaches a variety of courses ranging from health sector management to entrepreneurship.

What drives consumer behavior? The discussion will focus on why and how consumers make decisions, while sharing the latest research findings and tools that companies may use to become more informed about their current/prospective customers. James Alvarez Mourey is a professor of marketing at DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He teaches Consumer Behavior in the MBA program. In addition, he is the director of the Modern Marketing Lab and the advisor for the DePaul Marketing Consulting Group.
