Join DePaul University for a Lunch Seminar on
Tackling the Transition | Climbing the Ladder from Contributor to Leader
This interactive session discusses the core challenges that come with making the transition from an individual contributor to a managerial role. Participants will examine the evidence regarding how to overcome these obstacles to success and will explore how to apply evidence-based tactics to their own organizational roles. As a result, participants will not only learn to avoid the common pitfalls of poor leadership, but also expand their own managerial tools and techniques.
