Patrick Keyzer is Professor of Law and Public Policy at ACU. He is an academic and lawyer with 30 years of experience. His specialty is UN communications. He has appeared as counsel in pro bono cases in many of Australia’s superior courts, including the High Court.  He is interested in access to justice, constitutional law, human rights.  In January he will end his term as Dean of the Thomas More Law School and work on RESTORASI: the RESTORASI Project will leverage the experience of a distinguished, multidisciplinary team of international experts in biodiversity, restorative justice and the law to share and build a deep understanding of climate change harms and the use of restorative justice techniques to address those harms. RESTORASI will equip Indonesian academics, policymakers and leaders of vulnerable groups with the tools they need to mitigate climate harms in their local environments and in law and policy contexts.​
