Karol Jim Louis Naguit Castillo or Karol is a Service-Learning Specialist at the Service-Learning Program of the Center for Social Concern and Action at De La Salle University (DLSU) in Manila, Philippines. He also works as a Social Engagement Lecturer at the same University. As a Service-Learning Specialist, he coordinates the Service-Learning projects and activities for students enrolled in the Corporate Social Responsibility and Governance course at the DLSU Ramon V. del Rosario College of Business. As a lecturer, he teaches and facilitates the government-mandated national service course in the Philippines. His research interests include Studies on Service-Learning, Perspectives and Critiques in the Sociology of Education, Community Development and Engagement, and Student Affairs and Services.​
