COVID-19 Dashboard

DePaul is committed to following guidance from the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) to provide transparency around COVID-19 cases among members of our community. The information on this dashboard represents new COVID-19 cases reported to DePaul of students, faculty or staff who were diagnosed with COVID-19 and who were on campus while they were potentially infectious. It also may include visitors or tenants depending on their time or location on campus.

The dashboard begins with reports for the month of August—when CDPH released its guidance recommending general notifications to students, faculty and staff of COVID-19 cases. New cases are listed under the week in which the infected person was last on campus. The dashboard will be updated by noon each Friday.

These figures are not inclusive of:

  • Cases that were reported to DePaul but did not present risk of exposure to the university community, including where the infectious person was not on campus;
  • Cases that were not reported to DePaul; or
  • Cases reported to DePaul before August 2020.

All faculty, staff and students must inform the university if they have tested positive for COVID-19, received a COVID-19 diagnosis or if they learn of a positive case of COVID-19 at DePaul.

Please read DePaul's Protocol for Reporting Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 to learn about general university-wide notifications about confirmed COVID-19 cases and notifications to potentially exposed individuals. You can learn more about more DePaul's contact tracing procedures in the FAQs.
