Dear Colleagues,
We invite you to join more than 80 of your fellow faculty and staff members who are committed to centering dialogue as a core value and practice at DePaul.
We encourage you to apply for this fall’s Dialogue in Action cohort, where workshops equip participants with essential knowledge and hands-on experience in framing, designing and leading dialogues across diverse perspectives.
The Fall Quarter 2026 cohort will meet Tuesday afternoons from 2–5 p.m., Sept. 15 through Oct. 27 (with the week of Oct. 6 off). Sessions will take place on the Lincoln Park Campus. Participants are compensated for their time, and we welcome applications from both faculty and staff. Additional details and the application information are available on our website.
Preference will be given to applications received by July 31, and the final deadline for the fall cohort is Sept. 9. If you have questions, please contact dia@depaul.edu.
After completing this training, dozens of faculty and staff have gone on to host and facilitate important conversations, including the President’s Dialogue Series and college or unit-wide discussions. We are excited to continue growing this work in the coming year, expanding opportunities for students and other members of our community to engage.
