Website and portal progress update

Dear Faculty and Staff,

As we transition to our new website and portal, we want to provide an update on our progress. We hear your frustration and are extremely apologetic for the additional strain this launch has created. While we know there is work to do, we remain optimistic about the value these new systems will bring to DePaul.

We are taking immediate actions to address the most pressing issues while laying the groundwork for longer-term improvements. Over the past couple of weeks, we have:

  • Fixed ALL broken links on program pages
  • Fixed 65% of all broken links associated with the launch across the entire public website
  • Identified additional college and school content authors to be trained Feb. 26
  • Found the root cause of recurring broken links with fix to be deployed Feb. 18
Dedicated staff are diligently working on fixes, and we will continue to share updates as progress continues.

If you have questions or see corrections that need to be made to the website, please contact the content authors in your area. If you don’t know who your content authors are, please reach out to your dean or vice president.

We remain focused on our goal: delivering a modernized digital experience that showcases DePaul at its best and supports our entire community. We appreciate your patience and your partnership as we build a better digital future together.

Sincerely,
